Privacy Policy

Groundbreaker Marketing (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and in the course of our services, how we use it, and the choices you have.

If you would prefer this in plain language rather than legal terms, our security and privacy page covers the same ground more readably. This page is the binding version.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you complete a form, book a call or telephone us, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, business name, phone number, email address and whatever you tell us about your business and its marketing.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we receive technical information when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, the page or advertisement that referred you, and approximate location derived from your IP address.

Call information. If you call a number shown on this site, we record the calling number, the time and duration of the call, and the marketing source that led to it. Calls may be recorded. Where the law requires notice or the consent of all parties, an announcement plays before the call connects.

How we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry and provide the services you ask for.
  • To measure which of our marketing channels produced an enquiry.
  • To improve this website and our services.
  • To send you information you have asked for.
  • To meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses cookies and similar technologies. Some are strictly necessary — for example, remembering your cookie choice. Others are used for analytics and advertising measurement, and are listed in full below.

Third-party services used on this website

Google Analytics 4 (G-2VJDM13Y14) Measures how visitors move through the site — pages viewed, how they arrived, roughly where they are. Used to improve the site. Analytics
Google Ads conversion tracking (AW-17739174064) Tells Google Ads when an ad click led to an enquiry, so our advertising can be measured and improved. Marketing
Meta Pixel (1233993797733750) Measures the performance of our Facebook and Instagram advertising, and allows us to show ads to people who have visited this site. Marketing
GoHighLevel forms and booking calendars Runs our contact form and appointment booking. Loaded from api.leadconnectorhq.com and sets its own cookies. Marketing
ClickUp forms Runs the new-client onboarding questionnaire. Marketing
YouTube (privacy-enhanced mode) Plays embedded video. Loaded from youtube-nocookie.com. Marketing
Groundbreaker call tracking (gbm.groundbreakermarketing.com) Our own first-party script. It may show a different phone number depending on how you reached the site, so we can tell which marketing produced a call, and it carries advertising click identifiers through to our contact form. It is first-party and essential to measuring our own advertising. Essential to our advertising measurement

Your choices about tracking

California, Florida, Pennsylvania, Washington, Illinois, and Michigan

In those states, nothing in the Analytics or Marketing categories above loads until you allow it. If we cannot determine where you are, we treat you as though you were in one of them and block by default. We also honour the Global Privacy Control browser signal — if your browser sends it, we record an opt-out and load nothing non-essential.

You can change your choices at any time using the cookie preferences link, which also appears in the footer of every page, or on our privacy choices page.

The states where we currently gate by default are: California, Florida, Pennsylvania, Washington, Illinois, Michigan.

Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers who help us operate: the advertising and analytics platforms named above, our form and calendar provider, our email delivery provider, our hosting provider, and our own call-tracking infrastructure. Each processes it on our behalf. We also disclose information where we are legally required to.

Client data

If you become a client, additional terms apply to the data we handle on your behalf: your advertising accounts, your Google Business Profile, and the leads generated for you. Those accounts are held in your name and that data is yours. See our security and privacy page.

Retention

We keep enquiry and call records for as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of its sale or sharing (we do neither). To exercise any of these, call us on (817) 670-3672 or use our contact form. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

Children

This site is intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change, and the date at the top will change with it.
